Working with MatinNet requires a full sort of work experience, strong interpersonal skills, a good orientation towards working with people in groups or lonely, strong intentions to work and grow, being able to work under loads, and being task-oriented.

The postholder’s primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stability of the organization’s infrastructure. The IT Manager provides overall expertise in the network operations functions.

Generally, applicants need to earn at least three years of professional experience in the fields of installation, troubleshooting, alignment, and other information technology-related areas within the relevant scope of business.

He must be able to form and cultivate effective relationships huge range of customer at all levels, which will be considered as key to his success. he should be able to manage effective teamwork.

The post holder is responsible for managing and coordinating the IT team. The main aim of this coordination is to ensure that the networking system runs efficiently without any interruption.

He manages the business process in the organization. The success of an IT manager depends on his knowledge of the industry and his level of experience in the field.

He must also have strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, be able to make decisions concerning IT Goals, and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Managers in this industry should have strong technical skills. At the end of the day, the IT manager reports to top management.

IT managers require at least a bachelor’s degree with qualifications in computer science

  • Should have full experience with installing configuring and maintaining of Mikrotik products and wireless devices like Ubiquity/UBNT and MW Air Fiber Rocket Dishes as PTP/PTM.
  • Should have full knowledge of Mikrotik router installation configuration and maintenance.
  • Should maintain Complex and redundancy connectivity between all base stations with big capacity of bandwidth, and stable connectivity between all base stations.
  • installation configuration for different requirements filtering bandwidth controller failover load balancer redundancy hotspots wireless of RB1100, CCR cloud router 1036, etc.
  • Should have full knowledge of IPv4 calculating.

Job Requirements:

KEY COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work independently and be resourceful with good initiative and discipline.
  • Willing to work nights & weekends if necessary.
  • Have at least addition to proficiency working knowledge of Linux and be comfortable in the use of command lines for administration on Windows, Linux, or both.
  • Strong Communication skills in Pashto, Dari & English (Verbal and written).
  • Strong customer relations and ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Able to work long hours when needed.
  • Significant proven experience in a comparable role within an ISP or Telecoms organization.
  • Good Knowledge of Delta sib, PTRG, and cacti.
  • Able to analyze problems, issues & needs and provide robust but adaptable solutions that meet current and future requirements.
  • Effectively plans and organizes own workload.
  • Capable of working under pressure/using own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in installing any type of Internet Device (UBIQUITI, Mikrotik, CISCO, etc).
  • Experience in running complete setup of ISP.
  • Deep understanding of common troubleshooting procedures.
  • Extensive experience in Incident and problem management.
  • Proven experience in operation and maintenance management.
  • Understanding of Digital Communications Networks: protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, routing, etc.) and architecture (routers, switches, firewall, etc.)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Monitor and report on the quality, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction relating to the provision of service operations.
  • Install and configure any type of device in UBIQUITI, CISCO, and Mikrotik.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the team, providing overall guidance and supervision.
  • Maintain and monitor required staffing levels and schedules to ensure that the team can meet the demand and respond in a timely manner to network and server anomalies and outages.
  • Ensuring the right environment is in place so that staff are effectively mentored, developed, and trained.
  • Organize and prioritize workload.
  • Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
  • Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
  • Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
  • Manage and lead the team of Engineers and Technicians to maintain stability.
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring the routine Preventive Maintenance activities for BSS, MW, and Power systems of NOC.
