Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant

• Collaborating with the MEAL officer- to accomplish Monitoring activities of the project in accordance to the donor requirements as well as the Asia Foundation Monitoring and Evaluation Guidelines. • Leading and coordinating the implementation of assessments, and verifications of beneficiaries through surveys. • Conducting onsite monitoring of project activities and processes as per planned project design documents. Curriculum Vitae • Developing checklists and Monitoring tools for the project activities and output level monitoring. • Conducting timely planned MEAL processes such as: Post Distribution Monitoring Surveys, assessments, or site visits. • Ensuring Means of Verifications for project activities such as participant lists, MoUs, Beneficiary Lists are verified and validated for all the activities of the project. • Conducting Focus Groups Discussions with the project beneficiaries to acquire their feedback and reflect it to the project management for decision-making and reformatory actions if necessary. • Ensuring findings from Monitoring visits and activities, PDMs, Beneficiary Feedback are reflected, and action points are followed up by the project management team.

Medical Doctor (Head of Clinic)

Provide curative services to patients according to BPHS. • Support the provision of primary health care within the community. • Counsel and educate patients, the family and community, in relevant areas of health. • Obtain specialized assistance as necessary (consultation or referral) • Share knowledge, skill and expertise with medical, midwifery and all professional staff concerning their job requirements. • Perform limited, select administrative duties such as patient charting, recording and reporting of data, clinic and/or facility management, or coordination of specific educational programs. • Follow established departmental policies, procedures and objectives; continuous quality improvement initiative; safety, environmental, and infection prevention standards. • Identify and report immediately any problems, which interfere in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to his/her immediate supervisor or to office. • Identify and report immediately any suspected epidemic cases. • Participate in weekly meeting of health facility and office medical meeting to share information and discuss the program progress. • Responsible to make monthly report like HMIS and other report. • Dosage, investigate and manage complication of pregnancy, ante-partum hemorrhage, post-partum hemorrhage, eclampsia etc. • Participate in provision of maternity service after the regular service hours( night duty). • Responsible for MHC section when absence of midwife
